Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Attorney at BALT, you’ll have the opportunity to work on challenging cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of civil litigation cases, including real estate law (property disputes and contract disputes), personal injury, and commercial disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlements.
- Taking and defending depositions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
- 2+ years of litigation experience (real estate law or personal injury experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
