Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Attorney at BALT, you’ll have the opportunity to work on challenging cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of civil litigation cases, including real estate law (property disputes and contract disputes), personal injury, and commercial disputes.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlements.
  • Taking and defending depositions.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
  • 2+ years of litigation experience (real estate law or personal injury experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
