Biography
Barbara M. Brown brings over two decades of dynamic legal experience, with a focus on real estate law, litigation, asset protection, and probate. Admitted to practice in both Florida and Texas, Barbara has been a driving force in the Tampa Bay legal community since 2002. She currently serves as President of the Bay Area Real Estate Council and sits on multiple advisory boards, including the Florida Attorneys’ Real Estate Council. Barbara earned her LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami in May 2026, further deepening her expertise.. Her commitment to excellence, community involvement, and handling multi-million dollar closings, such as the recent sale of two historic commercial buildings in Ybor City, and a storage complex in Pasco County, has earned her repeated recognition as one of Tampa Bay’s Top Lawyers.
