Biography
James A. Rodgers, II is a real estate professional and law clerk, focusing on land use, zoning, and public finance for real estate development projects. He holds a J.D. from Southern University Law Center and an LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami. A proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, James began his career in community development—work that continues to drive his passion for affordable housing and equitable growth. He has worked with major developers such as Integral and Legacy Real Estate Development, contributing to large-scale affordable housing initiatives. James brings a unique blend of legal knowledge, development experience, and strategic insight to projects that strengthen communities while promoting economic opportunity. In addition to his professional work, James currently serves in the Army National Guard, bringing over a decade of military experience that has sharpened his leadership, discipline, and mission-driven approach. James’ Florida Bar application was pending at the time of publication.
